At Spring Health, he played a key role in developing evidence-based precision mental health solutions. During his time at AWS, he led teams focused on data and MLOps, providing predictive analytics solutions for the IoT domain. Harshit has a background in contributing to at-scale services, including Microsoft’s search platform and cloud computing.
As an advisor and mentor, Harshit has actively engaged with organizations like WEST (Women Entering and Staying in Tech), Interview Kickstart, Asha for Education, and startup guilds. His commitment is not only to designing top-tier products but also to ensuring equitable access to quality care for everyone, reflecting a broader mission beyond product development.
