Viventium Appoints Navin Gupta as New CEO to Drive Growth in Post-Acute Care HCM
Navin Gupta, CEO at Viventium

What You Should Know:

– Viventium, a provider of SaaS-based human capital management (HCM) platforms for the post-acute care industry, has announced the appointment of Navin Gupta as its new CEO.

– Gupta brings a wealth of experience in both healthcare and technology, which will be invaluable as Viventium looks to capitalize on the growing demand for its HCM solutions in the post-acute care space.

Gupta Bio/Background

Gupta has spent decades working in the healthcare and technology sectors, holding executive roles at some of the industry’s leading companies. Most recently, he served as CEO of LifeLoop, a software company that helps senior living communities improve the resident experience. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of ResMed SaaS, where he led the combined MatrixCare and HEALTHCAREfirst Home Health and Hospice software and service businesses.

Gupta’s experience in both healthcare and technology is a major asset for Viventium. He has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by post-acute care providers, such as high staff turnover and the need for specialized HCM solutions. This knowledge will be crucial as Viventium looks to expand its market share and continue to develop innovative HCM products for the post-acute care industry.

Focus Areas as New CEO

In his new role as CEO of Viventium, Gupta plans to focus on three key areas: deepening client relationships, spearheading product innovation, and amplifying Viventium’s market presence. He is committed to working closely with Viventium’s clients to understand their needs and develop HCM solutions that meet their specific challenges. He also plans to invest heavily in product development, with a focus on creating new features and functionality that will make Viventium’s HCM suite even more valuable for post-acute care providers.

“I am ready to build upon a great foundation and lead Viventium into its next chapter of growth,” said Navin Gupta. “Viventium’s HCM suite fills a tremendous need in an industry that struggles to find and keep top talent. Together, we can continue to deliver best in-class HCM for post-acute care organizations to truly support their caregivers and ultimately help them retain their best and brightest.”
