McKinney brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Most recently, he led Sevita (formerly The MENTOR Network), a leading provider of home and community-based healthcare, through a period of exceptional growth and a successful acquisition in 2022. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Fresenius Medical Care, MedSpring Urgent Care, and WellCare Health Plans, demonstrating expertise in complex healthcare environments and value-based care models.
