Premise Health to Implement Epic EHR Across Worksite Health Centers Over 2 Years

Premise Health, a worksite health and patient engagement company has signed an agreement with Epic to enhance the patient experience and broaden interoperability of patient data throughout the care continuum. The partnership will implement Epic EHR across its worksite health centers in an enterprise initiative called Emagine over a 2-year-period.

Improving the health and wellness of employee populations is a primary focus for Premise Health and Epic. This partnership with Epic will expand Premise Health’s ability to extend its reach into communities and effectively serving as a central point within a value-based and aligned incentive environment.

“The ability to share information and integrate with population health tools will help to drive change in the health and well-being of the patients we serve. As the market leader, we are always looking for ways to evolve and improve our business. This evolution represents our continued commitment and investment to connect our world-class client base with best-in-class health care solutions,” said Jami Doucette, leader of growth, strategy and product, Premise Health.

Currently in the planning and design phases of this project, existing technology platforms will continue to be fully supported without interruption for all Premise Health clients.

Premise Health currently manages more than 500 worksite-based health and wellness centers across the country and serves more than 200 of the nation’s leading employers, including a significant number of the Fortune 1000.
