WEGO Health

Today, WEGO Health, a network of more than 100,000 patient leaders, today announced it has partnered with CureClick to make patient influencers available through the CureClick clinical trial recruiting platform. Under the partnership, the two companies will leverage their combined expertise in crowd sourced patient recruitment to reduce the time, costs and friction associated with clinical trial enrollment.

CureClick uses a  proprietary crowdsourcing platform to enlist patient leaders to educate the public about the value of clinical research, disseminate patient-friendly information with their social networks, build awareness of specific sponsor trials, and facilitate the process for identifying and enrolling suitable participants.

The partnership enables CureClick to bolster its reach by connecting with a broad network of patient leaders across virtually every health condition, including chronic, complex and rare diseases. It enables WEGO Health and its members to benefit from the outreach, recruiting and tracking services pioneered by CureClick.

“WEGO Health and CureClick have a shared vision to transform healthcare,” said Jack Barrette, WEGO Health founder and CEO in a statement. “Together, we have a stronger foundation to eliminate the barriers to clinical trial recruitment and connect the healthcare industry with highly-skilled patient experts.”

WEGO Health’s network collaborates with startups, life sciences companies, non-profits, agencies, government and all types of organizations across healthcare.
