Kyruus Provider Match

Mount Sinai Health System has selected Kyruus, a provider search and scheduling solution to implement its ProviderMatch for Access Centers and KyruusOne provider data management to help streamline the referral process and help match referrals to the most clinical appropriate provider.  The partnership ensures that Mount Sinai’s Physician Access Services team, which currently handles appointments for nearly 700 providers, has detailed provider profiles, user-friendly Smart Search capabilities, and real-time scheduling to enhance patient access to Mount Sinai providers and deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Mount Sinai selected Kyruus based on its ability to aggregate a vast amount of provider data and generate detailed, accurate provider profiles—utilizing Kyruus’ proprietary clinical taxonomy—while also enabling search by real-time availability. The team will also use ProviderMatch’s integrated patient interaction management solution to track patient calls and referral outcomes for ongoing service optimization.

“Helping patients find the best providers for their needs while delivering an outstanding access experience is our top priority,” said Dr. Abraham Warshaw, SVP, Chief & Medical Director, Access Services in a statement. “Kyruus’ taxonomy helps agents see what our providers do at a uniquely detailed level so they can match patients optimally, while the ProviderMatch search engine streamlines the referral process.”
