Piedmont Healthcare, a seven hospital system serving nearly two million patients in Georgia, has selected Kyruus to deploy its full suite of patient-provider match solutions. The implementation of Kyruus ProviderMatch suite and KyruusOne will enhance patient access and deliver a consistent patient experience across the entire organization.j

In addition, the system selection ensures Piedmont Healthcare will have an accurate and comprehensive provider database, providing visibility into the scope of practice and availability of all in-network providers, to effectively coordinate and schedule care by optimizing the provider network to reduce leakage, improve patient satisfaction and better outcomes.

Committed to being a pioneer in patient experience, Piedmont sought a solution that would not only enhance patient access via individual channels, but also enable a consistent patient experience across points of service—the patient connection center and website, as well as provider offices across the network.

It was essential to make it easy for patients, agents, and referring providers alike to identify the right providers to meet patients’ clinical needs and preferences. On top of dynamic search, Kyruus’ technology also enables online scheduling regardless of the underlying systems in use, which is critical for a clinically integrated network like Piedmont’s.

“We recognized that operationalizing our clinically integrated network and retaining patients within it required us to start with unifying provider data across the network,” said Dr. Ronnie Brownsworth, CEO of Piedmont Clinic. “Kyruus was unique in its ability to provide us with full visibility into our provider network and a solution that would enable us to keep our provider data up-to-date over time.”
