eSolutions, Inc. today announced that it has acquired billing system and clearinghouse service provider ClaimRemedi. The acquisition will allow eSolutions to better help health care providers improve revenue cycle management practices. Founded in 2002, ClaimRemedi helps physician offices, clinics, and hospitals increase revenue by decreasing workload and claims rejections and denials.Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
