CareSync, a provider of software and services for chronic disease management is joining athenahealth’s ‘More Disruption Please’ (MDP) program. The partnership will link athenahealth’s growing network of more than 73k health care providers with the capabilities of CareSync to more efficiently meet billing requirements for CPT code 99490 and manage patient care, especially for those coping with chronic conditions.
“Through this partnership, providers already using athenaClinicals® can quickly and easily set up and maintain a robust CCM program.
