eClinicalWorks10e EHR

eClinicalWorks®, a leading ambulatory EHR provider, today unveiled their next generation EHR solution, eClinicalWorks 10e, a new cloud services platform. During his keynote speech this morning at eClinicalWorks National Conference in Nashville, CEO  Girish Navani stressed the importance of a building a more cloud-centric, hardware agnostic and intuitive UI to reflect the next generation of healthcare delivery.

“10e is a game changer for this industry,” said Girish Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks. “Patient engagement and population health are necessary components to care delivery, so it is logical to have them part of a single EHR solution. 10e’s capabilities are so diverse, and so powerful, yet so simple to use, that this is the most intuitive EHR system yet. We truly believe that this is going to raise the bar in the industry.”

Traditional EHR systems have struggled with usability, with this being a hurdle for many healthcare providers. 10e takes a new approach to EHRs, incorporating population health and patient engagement for a single unified user experience. Built on HTML5, 10e can be used on any platform and with the same usability and aids healthcare organizations in managing patient care delivery across every aspect of where the patient is going to be: home, office, work and fitness location. Additionally, patient engagement, telehealth visits and population health functions are normally separate products. 10e combines all of these within one product, one log-in with an intuitive user interface.

The main features of 10e include:

Electronic Referrals

eClinicalWorks 10e makes it easy to  share patient information, such as referrals, summary of care records, etc., with other providers on the network – electronically and securely. With 10e providers can build their own network of care providers for electronic information sharing, whether those providers use eClinicalWorks or not.

healow Hub

healow Hub is a fully integrated solution that closes the loop between providers and their patients when they are away from their physician offices. healow Hub brings patient-recorded data from wearables and personal monitoring devices directly into the EMR, keeping providers informed of their activity, important vital signs, and progress toward goals.

Hospital Interoperability

eClinicalWorks supports uni- and bi-directional communication with any radiology vendor or RIS system capable of supporting HL7 messaging.

Big Data

10e gives providers access to high-quality reports that help them make a meaningful impact on how you manage the health of your patients.

Online Appointment Booking

Use healow.com to establish and enhance your Web presence, enabling patients to find providers anytime, anywhere! healow helps market and publicize your practice, convert open slots to booked appointments, and improve your bottom line. With the healow online reputation management built into 10e, providers can show the true value of your services and highlight facts, instead of subjective ratings.

Telhealth Visits

healow TeleVisits is integrated within eClinicalWorks to help providers extend their clinical reach and save time traveling between facilities.

Device Integration

eClinicalWorks 10e offers device integration within Web browser. With 10e, providers get more than just a PDF result – they are able to capture structured data for current and past results, complete trend analysis, and create flowsheets that result in enhanced patient care.

Availability of eClinicalWorks 10e is expected to roll out to customers by the end of 2015.
