NTT DATA Acquires Exclusive Rights to InteHealth Technology

NTT DATA, Inc., a leading IT services provider, announced it has acquired global exclusive rights to InteHealth, Inc.’sinnovative technology applications and solutions. The offering will allow healthcare payers and providers to establish a seamless connection to share information among key stakeholders. As a major component of electronic health record’s (EHR) meaningful use, this exclusivity agreement will allow NTT DATA to continue offering leading comprehensive solutions that bridge the gap between multiple systems, providing the flexibility to meet the demanding needs of various EHR systems and Stage 2 meaningful use compliance.

Exchange manages more than 82 million transactions annually, representing 20,000 physicians and 1,900 office locations.
