Vitalyze Me, a premium, personalized medical program that unifies state-of-the-art wellness and longevity medicine with modern technology, has partnered with BaseHealth to offer personalized genomic data and clinical analysis. The partnership will allow Vitalyze Me to integrate BaseHealth’s comprehensive health assessment engine data into its existing system to provide patients access to a highly personalized health management platform.
Vitalyze Me offers 24/7 access to quality healthcare, leveraging the latest advances from leading national wellness institutions, with personalized medical testing, personalized anti-aging prescription (pharmaceuticals and medical-grade supplements), wellness coaching, eating and exercise plans.
The BaseHealth API is built on the BaseHealth assessment engine, which leverages genomic data in combination with clinical and behavioral analysis to provide personalized, evidence-based health assessments. The assessment engine is backed by 5 years of extensive chronic disease research and modeled on validated data from over 20,000 peer-reviewed papers.
“By integrating BaseHealth’s analytics engine via the company’s API, we’re able to provide our patients with the next generation of personalized health assessments,” said Vitalyze Me CEO Hien Nguyen, MD, MPH. “We’re talking about giving each patient a ‘real time’ assessment of their risk for developing more than 40 chronic diseases. We can then deliver the latest holistic and lifestyle medicine protocols to provide recommendations that will help them meet their health goals and see change as it happens.”
The partnership with BaseHealth gives Vitalyze Me physicians the ability to create highly personalized action plans that positively impact preventable common complex diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, osteoarthritis, and others.
Nguyen expects the initial launch of the BaseHealth platform to Vitalyze Me patients will begin in July 2015.
