Kyruus, a company that offers provider search and scheduling solutions, today announced that Emory Healthcare has selected its KyruusOne™provider data management platform and ProviderMatch patient access solutions to enhance the patient experience while streamlining operational workflows. The seven-hospital, Atlanta-based health system will implement ProviderMatch in its call center and on its consumer-facing website to deliver a consistent patient experience across multiple points of entry to the health system.
The partnership ensures that Emory’s call center boosts efficiency by consolidating scheduling workflows into a single solution and utilizing Smart Search capabilities to make it easier for associates to identify the right providers for patients’ needs across Emory’s network of more than 2,000 providers.
Emory also sought to meet growing patient demand for the ability to schedule appointments online. Kyruus was unique in its ability to deliver technology that would enable the health system to enhance access through its call center and offer robust online scheduling capabilities at the same time. With a shared provider data management platform, KyruusOne, the ProviderMatch applications allow call center staff and patients alike to run dynamic provider searches, view provider availability, and book directly into underlying scheduling systems — while displaying consistent provider information across channels.
“Emory Healthcare is a nationally-renowned leader in patient access operations,” said Graham Gardner, CEO of Kyruus in a statement. “We’re honored to support this forward-thinking organization in its efforts to raise the bar even further with a multi-channel approach to expanding and improving patient access.”
